Personal Cost

Personnel costs:

At Zobia Trust, the dedication and expertise of our staff are central to providing high-quality education and support to the children attending our schools. The personnel costs associated with running our three branches in Mirpur and Islamghar are a significant part of our charity’s budget.

Investing in Dedicated Educators

Supporting Skilled Staff for Special Education

Continuous Training:
  • We invest in continuous professional development for our staff to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques in special education. This commitment to training helps us maintain a high standard of care and education for the children.
Cost to Charity:
  • The personnel costs represent a financial commitment from Zobia Trust. Ensuring that we can attract and retain skilled professionals requires competitive salaries and benefits. Your generous donations help us cover these essential costs, allowing us to provide the best possible support and education to our students.
Administrative Support:
  • Behind the scenes, we have a dedicated team handling the administrative tasks that keep our schools running smoothly. From managing enrolments and records to coordinating transport and other services, their work is crucial to our operations.
Impact:
  • By investing in our staff, we invest in the future of the children we serve. The care and expertise of our team make a profound difference in their lives, fostering an environment where they can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Qualified Staff:
  • Our schools employ a team of highly qualified teachers, special education professionals, and support staff who are committed to the wellbeing and development of every child. This includes therapists, counsellors, and aid staff who provide individualised attention to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Staff participate in different training workshops (one day, three days, one week and two weeks) at National Institute of Special Education (NISE), in Islamabad (an institute of federal govt. of Pakistan) throughout the year. All costs for training, including travel, accommodation etc. is covered by Zobia Trust.
